We have appointed LJV construction to carry out two sets of works for us on social housing schemes.

Roofing works Penparcau, Aberystwyth.

Replacement Fencing – Llanarth.

For both works there was a site foreman on site at all times, site welfare was installed and all RAMS kept on site having been signed by all operatives. RAMS were deemed relevant to the works being carried out. Appropriate PPE was in use during site inspections, and spares available on site. All equipment used was within inspection dates. All staff training was up to date and relevant to the works in hand.

In general we consider LJV Construction to have a good attitude to Health & Safety matters, both pre contract and during the construction process.

LJV undertook majority of the work at the Cylch Meithrin during term-time whilst the children were there with minimal disruption. Health and safety was at the forefront of our minds and the team ensured that health and safety measures were put in place and adhered to at all times.

Luke and his team have done a fantastic job on our house, completing some fairly significant structural works, replacing a section of roof and then fitting out our kitchen. We had been badly let down by another contractor, but as soon as Luke saw the state of the site he arranged for a team to be with us the next day, and they quickly made the site (and our house!) safe. We can’t thank them enough for all of their work in saving our project from possible disaster.
Luke’s team have always been really professional and courteous with us, happy to patiently listen to all our concerns and make sure we get the finished product we want. They have been great at solving problems as they encounter them, and the quality of their work is excellent.

I recommend LJV Construction. They have transformed my previously unused garage space into an attractive, cosy room & shower room that feels like it was always part of the home. Luke has good attention to detail in relation to design and was able to accommodate for personal preferences and to provide professional, practical advice whenever required. I found everyone that works for Luke to be approachable and friendly and they are a credit to his business. Communication was good throughout the build, keeping me up to date with developments. The site was always left in a clean and tidy state at the end of each working day.
